If you are not satisfied with the products you have 30 days, from the day of reception, to return them 

Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect conditions. If one of our quality team member note that item is broken, stained or used, the refund will be rejected. 

For hygienic reasons the following items can not be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingeries, nightwear, jewelery and accessories.

It is mandatory to contact our customer service BEFORE returning your items (the address indicated on the package delivered does not correspond to our return address).

A return without our approval will not be validated and we will not be able to proceed to the desired refund.

In case you wish a refund because you received a defective item, please contact the customer and provide a Video showing clearly the defect of the product. Thus our customer care team will be able to review the issue and approve an immediate refund.

 

REFUND PROCESS

 

1. Please contact us at contact.us@ozerty.com to open a support ticket.

2. Please return the item to the address indicated by our customer service (return charge at your expense).

3. Through your support ticket, please give us the tracking number of your return package.

4. With the tracking number of your return package, follow the status of the delivery and once delivered, please contact us.

5. Our processing center will then be able to check your return package and validate the refund within 2-5 days (depending on your bank). 

NOTES

The delivery and return costs are not refundable.

Refunds are only made on the same method of payment used during the purchase (paypal, visa, mastercard etc ...).
